Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp is a Canadian actor who is known for her leading roles in a variety of television shows as well as her powerhouse performances in movies. She is popular on both Canadian as well as American television. Emily's passion for acting started when, at age 12, she went to visit their sister Katie who was filming one of Katie's films. After realizing her passion for acting she started taking classes in acting and going to auditions. She began with some commercials, but soon got selected as a child actress in the Canadian television show, Are You afraid of the dark? There was just one scene in which she did not talk. Her first major break at the age of 15, when she got a role as a regular on The WB series Glory Days. Emily was an accomplished ballet dancer and photographer. Teen once named her among the best actors who were under twenty. The Maxim's Hot 100 for 2014 listed Emily as the number 51.
